The Gift Of A New Day!

A New Day....do we even consider a new day...... a Gift?
Our days sometimes are full of hustle bustle, stress, sadness, schedules, laundry, meals, bills, sickness......and the list goes on and on AND some days we just want to be done with the day and move on.
But......the GOOD news is that within all of the doom and gloom our good and gracious Lord fills our lives with good things and the GIFT of a new day to see it all, experience it all, know it all...The Good, the Bad and The Ugly!
Each new day offers us new beginnings, do overs, second chances..HIS love, grace, mercy and forgiveness. Just as a young child learns to get back up after a fall, we too pick ourselves up and work hard not to stumble ..to keep our balance.
We are His sheep, He is our shepherd! Each day we learn to know His voice and follow Him. He is always there to pick us up when we take those falls and He gives us the courage and strength to get back up and keep walking.
"My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me" John 10:27

So, yes my dear friends...Everyday Day Is A Gift. He Fills My Life With Good Things!

Holy Week- Illustrated Faith

This is my cross made from the palm that was given to me today at church. It is really easy to make.. I have posted instructions that I found on Pinterest  ( where in the world would we be without Pinterest) The link to my Easter board is at the bottom of this post.

I am listing two great sites for all of you Sunday School teachers and Christian School teachers, Home
School teachers, that are great resources for Holy Week teachings and post Easter break lesson plans.

 1. What Is In The Bible. They have a great blog as well as awesome activities.
2. Sunday School Center . Here you will find many lesson plans for all ages 4-7 years.
Click on their links to check out what they have to offer.

Check out my past posts about 6 pack Resurrection eggs and a free printable to color and give to family and friends.

Also, print this colorful 5x7 subway Easter word art to give as gifts.
Place it in a colorful frame, tie a bow around it and share.

Thank You God for Spring!

In celebration of the first weekend of SPRING coming up, I have designed two free printables.
I have been trying my hand at subway art....and I love it.
Both of these printables are 5x7 size.
They would make great gifts.
Enjoy!
Happy Spring!

This is a jpeg picture so you can print from home  or any business that does photo printing.
